Tell me what my site should become.
Six phases, five points where it stops and asks you. It reads your business, researches the keywords behind the pages you pick, groups them by who actually ranks, and hands back a plan where every number was calculated, not written.

SEO Strategy, as it looks in the app
Five places it stops and asks you
The expensive work sits downstream of decisions only you can make. So it doesn't make them — it stops, shows you what it has, and waits.
A hard stop. Nothing advances until you approve it.
Is this your business?
The read of your market, audience and brand terms, shown back before anything is researched against it.
Which pages matter, and what is each worth?
You pick the pages — real or planned — and score each 1–5 on margin. That score outranks volume everywhere downstream.
Are these the right head terms?
The seeds each page will be expanded from. Cutting a wrong one here saves paying to research everything beneath it.
Keep this keyword set?
The last gate before the expensive stage. Every dropped keyword is listed with the reason it went.
Do these clusters hold?
Groups formed from shared Google results, with anything merged, split or set aside explained.
Then it runs the rest
Mapping and the document are the only phases with no gate — by then every judgment call has already been yours.
An audit tells you what's broken. A keyword tool hands you rows. Neither one tells you what the site should be.
Nobody owns the shape
You know which pages are weak and which keywords have volume, and still can't say which pages should exist.
Content gets written page by page, and the site never adds up to anything.
The plan starts from a page list you approve, so every keyword found is attached to a page from the start.
Volume picks the wrong things
The highest-volume term in your market is usually the one worth the least per job.
Six months of traffic that never becomes a customer.
You score each page 1–5 on what a job is worth, and every cluster is plotted on volume against that.
You can't check the numbers
A strategy doc written by an AI is a confident paragraph with figures you have no way to verify.
You either take it on faith or redo the research yourself.
Numbers are computed in code from your own keyword data; the model only writes prose over figures it was handed.
What's in SEO Strategy
Every capability shipping in the product today — and what's still coming, named honestly rather than hidden.
On the roadmap — not shipping yet
The strategy links to the calendar today; queueing the pages with their keywords attached is next.
6 steps, start to finish
The actual pipeline, not a black box — with what each step produces.
- 01Step 1 of 6
Read the business, then check we got it right
The crawl is classified, the business is read back to you in a paragraph, and nothing continues until you confirm it — market, audience, brand terms and all.

- 02Step 2 of 6
You pick the pages, and say what each is worth
Research is scoped to the pages you choose — real URLs or ones that don't exist yet — and each gets a 1–5 margin score. That score is the reason priority isn't just volume.

Expand, filter, and price every keyword
Seeds go out per page, ideas come back, a free filter drops the ones that don't belong — keeping each one with the reason — and the survivors get real volume and difficulty.

Group by who actually ranks, not by words
Live Google results are fetched per keyword and terms sharing top-10 URLs are grouped together, because two keywords Google answers with the same page are one page's job.

Plot volume against value, and phase the build
Every cluster lands in one of four quadrants, then into a four-phase rollout — so what to build first is a position on a chart rather than an argument in a meeting.

Take away a PDF and a workbook
The document is the leave-behind; the workbook is what a writer works from — a sheet per page, plus every keyword that was dropped and every cluster that was set aside, with the reason next to it.

Two files. One to read, one to work from.
The same run produces both, from the same computed figures — so the version you forward and the version your writer opens can never disagree about what the plan said.

- The business read, the demand split, the volume-vs-value map
- Targeting plan and the four-phase rollout
- What's missing, and what was set aside — with the reasons
- One sheet per page — every keyword, sorted by volume
- SEED LIST — the head terms each page was researched from
- EXCLUDED and SET ASIDE — every dropped term, next to its reason
The evidence sheets are why the shortlist is checkable. A workbook that quietly drops a third of the keywords it found is asking for faith; one that lists every dropped term beside the reason it went has made an argument you can disagree with.

Questions people ask
No, and that's the point. Every figure — volumes, shares, difficulty averages, phase totals, the quadrant placements — is computed in code from your own keyword data. The model is handed those figures and writes only the prose around them, so a fabricated number isn't discouraged, it's structurally impossible.
Because the expensive stages are downstream of decisions only you can make. Which pages matter, what a job is worth, whether a seed term belongs — getting those wrong means paying for research you'll throw away. Each checkpoint is a hard stop; nothing advances until you approve it.
By SERP overlap — live Google results are fetched per keyword, and terms that share top-10 URLs are grouped together. If Google answers two queries with the same page, they belong on one page of yours too. An AI pass then tidies the groups and explains anything it merged, split, or set aside.
They stay in the workbook. Dropped keywords go to an EXCLUDED sheet with the reason the filter binned them, and off-target clusters go to SET ASIDE with the reason they were judged off-target — so you can disagree with any call it made rather than take the shortlist on faith.
Yes — the page picker takes planned pages alongside real URLs, so a category you haven't built can be researched and given a recommended slug before a single word is written.
Not yet. The finished strategy links straight to the calendar, and queueing phase 1 with its target keywords attached is the next thing being built — named here as “soon” rather than implied as shipping.
It depends on how many pages you pick and how wide the keyword set gets, and the exact figure for that run is shown on the finished document — the strategy tells you what it cost to produce.
